The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has made the 2026 Class 10 (Matric) and Class 12 (Intermediate) marksheets and certificates available on DigiLocker. Students who appeared for the Bihar Board examinations this year can now access their academic documents digitally instead of depending only on physical copies.
The digital documents can be accessed through the DigiLocker website or mobile application. The facility is expected to make it easier for students to retrieve their marksheets and certificates whenever they are needed for admissions, scholarships, jobs or other academic purposes.
Bihar Board 2026 Marksheet On DigiLocker
BSEB Chairman Dr Tyagarajan S.M. announced the availability of the 2026 academic documents on DigiLocker on September 29. The initiative has been supported by the Digital India Corporation and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
Students can access their Class 10 or Class 12 marksheets and certificates through their DigiLocker accounts. The documents are issued digitally by the board, allowing students to keep an easily accessible copy of their academic records.
BSEB has also said that documents from examinations held before 2026 will be added to DigiLocker soon. Students will be informed as these older records become available.
How To Download BSEB Marksheet From DigiLocker?
1. Visit the DigiLocker website digilocker.gov.in or open the DigiLocker mobile application.
2. Log in to an existing DigiLocker account. New users can create an account using an Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
3. Go to the ‘Issued Documents’ or ‘Search Documents’ section.
4. Select the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB).
5. Choose the required Class 10 or Class 12 marksheet or certificate.
6. Enter details such as the roll code, roll number and examination year.
7. Select 2026 as the examination year and submit the details.
8. The digital marksheet or certificate will appear in the account.
BSEB DigiLocker Documents Valid
The Bihar Board has stated that documents issued through DigiLocker are legally valid digital academic records. Students can use them for relevant admission and other requirements, depending on the rules of the institution or authority concerned.
DigiLocker also allows students to keep their academic documents available digitally, which can be useful if physical copies are not immediately available. The platform’s official FAQ states that documents in the Issued Documents section are provided directly by the issuing government agency.
