The provisional allotment result will be available on the official website. Once the result is announced, students can check the allotment status through the PDF.
Students will also be given a chance to submit any grievances regarding the provisional allotment. Following this, the NEET UG 2026 Round 3 final allotment result will be issued. Candidates must note that admissions based on the third round of counselling will be conducted only after the release of the NEET UG round 3 final allotment result.

What After Round 3 Provisional Allotment Result?
After the NEET UG Round 3 provisional allotment result is released, students will be given the option to submit grievances, if any. The grievances must be submitted within the deadline provided. After this, the medical counselling committee will take the grievances into consideration and revise the allotment result. Admissions to allotted colleges will be conducted only after the release of the NEET UG final allotment result 2026. Students can report to the allotted colleges with all the required documents only after the NEET UG Round 3 final allotment result is announced.
