The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) was established with the main purpose of imparting education that is based in Goa. The board assures to provide quality education and also believes in increasing academic, intellectual, and physical skills among the students. The Goa board of education conducts examinations, declares its results, provides curriculum and syllabus to their students and also grants certificates. This granting of certificates or recognition of any skill or talent boosts the self-confidence of the students. Apart from this, there are various scholarship programs conducted and scholarship is given to students excelling in a particular subject or area. This providing of scholarships is way of providing students a platform where they can work hard and attain great results. It helps them to stay persistence and focused.
In the year 2013, the HSSC examinations commenced on March 2 and ended on March 19 with approximately 13,468 students of arts, commerce, science and vocational streams registered for the examination.
Goa Board HSSC Result 2014: Date of Declaration
The HSSC examination was conducted across 15 centers in Goa. The Goa education board used both marks and grades to evaluate the performance of students. Goa board HSSC results are declared once the examinations are held. For 2014, the date sheet and time table of HSSC has been released. Students can visit the official website for more information. As of now, the examination starts from 1st March and the timings for the same are from 10 am to 12:30 pm.
