KTET 2024 Registration Begins: The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan has invited online applications for the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) 2024. Aspiring candidates looking to pursue teaching roles in Kerala government schools can now apply online at the official website, ktet.kerala.gov.in. The deadline to submit the application form for KTET November 2024 is November 20.

According to the schedule, the KTET exam will be conducted on 18 and 19 January 2025. The admit card will be issued on 8 January 2025. Individuals with the required educational qualification can apply online before the deadline i.e. November 20.

KTET 2024 Registration Begins

The Kerala TET registration window for November 2024 cycle is open from November 11 to 20. Candidates must submit their applications within this period, as late submissions will not be accepted.

KTET exam, conducted twice a year by Pareeksha Bhavan, assesses the eligibility of candidates equipped with the necessary teaching skills for Lower Primary and Upper Primary schools in Kerala. The exam is conducted following the guidelines established by the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Kerala, in coordination with regulations set by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the Department of General Education, and the Government of Kerala.

KTET is conducted for categories 1, 2, 3 and 4, each catering to specific teaching levels. Category 1 is for teachers of classes 1 to 5, Category 2 for classes 6 to 8, and Category 3 for teachers of classes 8 to 10. Category 4 is designated for language teachers in Arabic, Urdu, Sanskrit, and Hindi (up to the upper primary level) as well as specialist and physical education teachers.

KTET November 2024: Application Fees
