Assam NEET PG Merit List 2026: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, has released the provisional merit list of NEET PG 2026 aspirants applying for admission to 50% state quota seats in all state government medical colleges and Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute (BBCI), Guwahati. The list comprises the name of the candidate, roll number, category, NEET PG score, and state rank computed according to the Medical Colleges of Assam (Regulation of Admission into Post Graduate Degree and Diploma Courses) Rules, 2021.
Those candidates who qualify for admission but whose names do not figure in the list despite satisfying the state rules have to apply offline accompanied by necessary documents such as scorecard and identity proofs to the DME office, Khanapara, Guwahati, till October 16, 2026. Offline applications received through postal/electronic mode will not be entertained. Applicants are supposed to get an official acknowledgment receipt after submitting the application form.

Click on the "Latest Notifications" or "Latest" tab on the home page.

Download the merit list PDF file and check your name, NEET PG roll no., category, marks, and rank.
Keep the PDF file of the merit list on your system for future state online choice filling.

Assam NEET PG Counselling Eligibility
Eligible candidates who have qualified in NEET PG 2026 test with the cut-off marks or above and are eligible to pursue PG course as per the aforesaid guidelines will be allowed to join the online counseling process. But for that, the name and NEET PG 2026 Roll number of the candidate must be listed in the State Provisional Merit List released by the Directorate.
