The quarterly examination in government schools of Mainatand block in west champaran was held peacefully on Thursday. The second day of the exam saw students appearing for mathematics. While the overall exam process remained fair and smooth the class 8 math paper became a major topic of discussion. Many students found the paper difficult and had trouble understanding some of the questions. Class 8 Students Faced a Tough Math Paper
The mathematics exam created a challenge specifically for students of class 8th. According to priya kumari who is the headmistress of middle school Inarwa some questions in the paper were tricky and hard to understand. Students had to think carefully before writing their answers. This made the paper feel longer and more demanding for many children. Because of this several students struggled to complete the full paper within the given time. Still most of them stayed calm and continued writing with patience and focus until the end of the exam.
Exam Held Peacefully in 132 Government Schools
The examination was conducted in all 132 government schools of Mainatand block without any malpractice. It was held in two shifts. In the first shift students from classes 3 to 5 appeared for the mathematics exam. In the second shift classes from classes 6 to 8 took their exam. Strict discipline was maintained at every center and teachers closely supervised the process to ensure everything went smoothly. Block Education Officer Neeraj Kumar said that all departmental rules were followed properly in every school. He also explained that this time the quarterly exam question papers were prepared according to the guidelines and medium provided through the e Shiksakosh portal. The examination was carried out in a transparent, fair and peaceful manner. Officials also made sure that all instructions issued by the department were followed on the ground. Overall the exam system worked smoothly but the difficult class 8th maths paper left many students worried.
