Bihar NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Counselling: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has officially announced the detailed schedule for Under Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC 2026) Round 3. Third allotment round deals with admission of students in vacancies existing for MBBS, BDS, B.V.Sc. & A.H. and B.F.Sc. degree courses through government and private institutions in Bihar. After updating the latest vacancy seat matrix on September 30, fresh online registration, payment of application fee and filling up of preference formality would commence on October 1, 2026 on the official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
Qualified NEET-UG eligible candidates are required to complete the process of online registration and fee payment until October 4, 2026 (11:59 PM). The State Rank List will be announced on October 6, while submission of institute choices will close on October 7, 2026. The Board will review all the preferences according to merit ranks and declare the provisional seat allotment result on October 11, 2026. Allotment letter will be downloaded by selected candidates between October 11 to October 14, while physical verification and final admission reporting will be done on October 13 and October 14, 2026 respectively.

Bihar UGMAC 2026 Round 3 Counselling: Eligibility
The Board of Combined Entrance Competitive Examination of Bihar (BCECEB) has started the third phase of UG Medical Admission Counseling (UGMAC 2026) for the available seats under State Quota in Government as well as Private Medical Colleges in the state of Bihar.

Eligibility Criteria: Those candidates who have passed the NEET-UG 2026 examination and who have not admitted in any medical/dental college anywhere in India are eligible to apply. It also includes fresh candidates, candidates for seat upgradation, and candidates whose seats were cancelled in previous rounds.
Application & Security Fee Structure: Candidates will have to pay non-refundable counselling fee of ₹1,200 (UR/EWS/BC/EBC). Apart from that, candidates will also need to pay refundable security fees as per the selected college preference: Government College: ₹10,000, Private Dental Colleges: ₹50,000, Private Medical Colleges: ₹2,00,000
Registration Process: The eligible candidates have to go through the process of filling out their online form, uploading their personal and academic qualifications and paying all necessary fees online before the deadline at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
