Bihar Board: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially announced the registration dates for the Class 10th (Matric) and Class 12th (Intermediate) Annual Examinations 2028. According to the official notification released by the board, the entire registration procedure for Class 10th & 12th Annual Exams 2028 will be done through the heads of respective schools and colleges in Bihar only in an online manner.
The registration portal will be open from October 10, 2026, till October 24, 2026. Students who are currently studying in Class 9th for Matric Exam 2028 and Class 11th for Intermediate Exam 2028 are eligible to get their registrations done through this process. Individual student login is not possible. Rather, the institutional heads have to log in to the BSEB website for Class 10th (secondary.biharboardonline.com) and Class 12th (intermediate.biharboardonline.com) using their individual credentials and fill the application form for Class 10th and Class 12th students, enter candidate information, and pay the required fee. School authorities are asked to cross-check the candidate names, father’s name, date of birth, subjects, and other details of students before finally submitting the forms to avoid any mistake in admit card details in future. haven't received any seats from previous rounds of KEA are eligible for this round.

Eligible Candidates for Class 9: Eligible to apply for the Matric (10th) Annual Board Examination 2028. Candidates of Class 11 are eligible to apply for the Intermediate (12th) Annual Board Examination 2028.
Application Method: The application form is to be filled up online through the institutional portal of schools and colleges by their respective Principals/Headmasters on behalf of their candidates.
Institutional Portal: School management will have to fill up the form using the user ID & password of the official institution.
