LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship 2026: The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has issued an invitation to apply online for the LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship Scheme 2026. In an attempt to help deserving candidates who belong to financially poorer backgrounds, the LIC will provide them with monetary aid to pursue their higher education. Under this scheme, financial support will be provided to the candidates to the tune of ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 per year. In order to apply for this scholarship, candidates must have achieved 60% marks in their Class 10 or Class 12 board examinations and have an annual family income below ₹4,50,000.
This scholarship will be provided in two different categories; namely, the General Scholarship which gives the financial aid of ₹50,000 per year for professional degree courses like Medicine, Engineering, Graduation, and Diplomas, and the Special Scholarship which gives ₹15,000 per year for candidates enrolled in higher secondary classes (10+2 pattern), ITI, or vocational courses after Class 10. Open your web browser, access licindia.in or portal gjss.licindia.in and search for the application process of LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship Scheme 2026.
Provide details about yourself including full name, name of your father, gender, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, active email ID, and permanent residential district PIN code.
Mention the details of your qualifying examination, which can be either Class 10 or Class 12, passing year and percentage or CGPA, along with your higher education enrollment course details.
State total gross annual income of your parents through all sources, keeping in mind that all the details should exactly match the details of the income certificate issued by the concerned government revenue authority.
Enter your bank account number, name of the account holder, bank branch and correct bank IFSC code for the process of fund transfer in case of getting selected in the scholarship program.
Lastly, cross check all provided credentials, agree to the declaration terms and submit the online application form, downloading your confirmation page.
