Jharkhand Academic Council has postponed the Jharkhand National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) exam 2023. The revised schedule for the NMMS scholarship exam is expected to be released soon. Students appearing for the Jharkhand NMMS scholarship exam can check the scholarship exam details here.
According to the official notification released, the Jharkhand NMMS 2023 exam has been postponed due to indispensable reasons. The revised dates of the exam will be announced shortly. Students who have applied for the NMMS scholarship exam are advised to keep visiting the official website for further updates regarding the exams and the revised schedule.
Jharkhand NMMS 2023 exam is conducted for the students from class 9 to 12. Students who clear the scholarship exam will be provided with a financial assistance of Rs. 12,000. Those applying must be from government and government aided schools in Jharkhand. Those applying must also have a parental annual income of less than or equal to Rs. 3.5 lakhs per annum.
Jharkhand NMMS Scholarship 2023 Eligibility
- The eligibility criteria for students to be considered for the JAC NMMS scholarship is given below
- Students applying must have scored a minimum of 55% in class 11. Those applying for class 9 scholarship must have scored a minimum of 55% in their qualifying class 8 exam.to receive scholarship in class 10, students must clear their class 9 exam.
- To secure a scholarship for class 11 and 12, candidates must score a minimum of 60% marks in class 10 and 11 exams.
