Educational Qualification for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Posts:
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): First Division B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in with valid GATE Score (OR) M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Micro Electronics/Sensor Technology/Materials Science/Nano Technology with first class Graduate and Post Graduate degree with valid GATE/NET score.
- Desired Qualification: Working experience in handling various MEMS design tools, Read out ASIC and fabrication process techniques.
Age Limit: Not more than 28 years as on 30 November 2019, (upper age relaxable to candidates from SC/ST and OBC (Non-Creamy-Layer) category as per the government rules in vogue.
Stipend: Rs. 31,000/- per month plus HRA as applicable.
