The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has released the official guidelines and schedule for the Institutional Level Admission Round, ACAP Round for both the 3-Year LLB and 5-Year Integrated LLB courses for the 2026–27 academic session. Candidates who have not yet secured a seat in CAP Rounds 1, 2, or 3, as well as unregistered CET-qualified candidates, can participate in the final round to get admission against vacant seats across participating law colleges in Maharashtra. The CET Cell has enabled a fresh registration facility with a form editing window for candidates to update their academic details, categories, and college options.

Key Highlights of the CET Cell Guidelines

1. New Registrations Allowed: Candidates who missed registering during earlier CAP rounds can complete fresh online registrations during the institutional application window.
2. Form Editing Facility: Already-registered candidates can edit their profile details, upload corrected documents, and re-align their college preference list for the institute-level round.
3. Merit-Based Allotment at College Level: Admissions during this round are strictly merit-based, conducted directly by individual law colleges based on the online merit list generated by the State CET Cell.
4. No Centralized Auto-Allotment: Candidates must apply directly to their preferred participating institutes using the CAP candidate login dashboard.
