The National Testing Agency, NTA is preparing to release the official notification and Information Bulletin for the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE Main 2027 Session 1. Engineering candidates looking for admission into NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs can access the application active window and submit their registration forms online at the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. NTA is expected to start the online application process for the January Session anytime soon. The Session 1 examination is scheduled to be conducted between January 22 and January 30, 2027 (with January 31 reserved as a buffer date).

Mandatory Documents Required for Registration
Candidates are advised to keep the following documents ready before the application link is activated:
- Aadhaar Card: Name and Date of Birth must exactly match the Class 10 marksheet.
- Scanned Images: Recent passport-size photograph (10 KB to 200 KB in JPG/JPEG format). Scanned signature (4 KB to 30 KB in JPG/JPEG format).
- Academic Marksheets: Class 10 marksheet and Class 12 passing certificate/admit card.
- Category Certificate: Updated EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, or ST certificate (if applicable).
- UDID Card: Valid Unique Disability ID card for PwBD candidates.
How to Apply for JEE Main 2027
- Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the link reading "JEE Main 2027 Session 1 Registration".
- Register using personal details (Aadhaar/Identity verification, email, and mobile number) to generate an Application Number and Password.
- Fill out the application form with personal, academic, and exam city preferences.
- Upload scanned photos, signatures, and relevant category documents.
- Pay the registration fee online via Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or UPI, and download the confirmation page.
