MAH-CET 2018 exam was held on March 10 and 11, 2018 in a two-day window. The Exam was conducted online over duration of 150 minutes. Now we bring to you the analysis of MAH CET EXAM 2018 Day 1:
Day 1
Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension
According to the MAH CET Exam Analysis 2018, this section was moderate yet full with surprise elements. The para jumble questions were in different pattern; questions on grammatical errors were easy. There were unique questions on vocabulary.
Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation
Candidates found this section tough compared to previous year. Majority of the questions were based on Arithmetic. The questions in this section were tricky and were based on calculations. There were four sets in Data Interpretation section, of these two were easy, one was moderate and the other was based on intensive calculation. Anyone who attempted above 35 correct questions with accuracy could score good marks.
Logical Reasoning
Of all the four sections in the MAH CET 2018 exam, Logical Reasoning section was the toughest. The section was dominated by arrangements questions followed by critical reasoning topic that had 15 questions. Many found analytical puzzles questions difficult. Many questions were based on figures and diagrams, Statement & Conclusions, Statement & Course of Action among others. Candidates also attempted basic questions on Blood Relations, Coding and decoding and directions.
Abstract Reasoning
The Abstract Reasoning section was the easiest section for students on the exam day. There was nothing new in this section; questions were standard. There were 13 questions on Analogies and 12 questions on Series. Anyone with 20 right answers could score well in the section.
Overall the difficulty level of MAH CET 2018 Exam was moderate. Also, there were no technical glitches in the computer-based test. The MAH CET 2018 result was announced on March 19, 2018. Candidates will then be able to download their scorecard from the official website.
