The marks obtained by candidates in Tier 2 will be the only factor for determining the final merit list, as Tier 1 is qualifying in nature. Therefore, candidates expecting to clear the cut-off should begin their typing practice immediately, aiming for at least 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
