The ticket prices for Kolkata’s underwater metro range from Rs. 5 to Rs. 50. Ticket fares for the underwater metro depend on the distance travelled. The ticket price starts at Rs 5 for the first two kilometres and subsequently escalates to Rs 50 for further distances.

Kolkata Underwater Metro: Route and Stations
The underwater metro service is integral to the Kolkata Metro's East-West corridor. It will connect Howrah Maidan to the Esplanade. The metro covers a distance of 16.6 kilometres beneath the Hooghly River.
The metro route links the twin cities of Howrah and Salt Lake. It will cover six stations in total, which includes three underground stations. It is expected to travel a 520-meter segment beneath the Hooghly River in just 45 seconds.
