Indian Institute of Management, IIM Indore will close the online registration window for the Common Admission Test, CAT 2026 exam tomorrow, September 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. Candidates who have not yet submitted their applications for admission into premier MBA/PGDM programmes across IIMs and other top B-schools must complete their registration on the official website of CAT 2026 exam at iimcat.ac.in. IIM Indore has emphasised that the revised September 22 deadline will not be extended further under any circumstances. How to Apply for CAT 2026
- Visit the official website at iimcat.ac.in.
- Click on "New Candidate Registration" to generate a User ID and Password.
- Log in to fill out personal details, educational qualifications, and work experience (if applicable).
- Select preferred IIM programs and choose 5 preferred test cities.
- Upload scanned copies of your passport-size photograph, signature, and category certificate (if applicable) in the specified format.
- Pay the registration fee online and download the finalized application confirmation page.
Documents Required for CAT 2026 Registration
- Scanned Signatures: Dimensions within 80mm x 35mm, in .jpg or .jpeg format. Signed on plain white paper, size not more than 80 KB, and resolution less than 150 pixels.
- Scanned Passport Size Photograph: White background, 1200 px x 1200 px dimensions, in .jpg or .jpeg format. Size not more than 80 KB and resolution less than 150 pixels/inches.
- NC OBC / SC / ST / PwD Certificate: Self-attested category/caste certificate in PDF format for reserved category candidates.
- Final Year Certificate: Certificate from Principal, HoD, Registrar, or Director certifying at least 50% aggregate based on latest available marks or grades on the college letterhead in the prescribed format for final year graduation students.
