Karnataka SSLC Exam 2021: With the exam date for KSEEB Class 10 Exam 2021 drawing closer, the Board has started expediting the process and ensuring that all preparations for the SSLC Exam 2021 are in place. As part of this process, Karnataka SSLC Exam 2021 Mock Drill will be held on 15th and 17th July 2021 by the board, which will help assess arrangements in place for the exams at the exam centres. According to the official schedule announced earlier, the 2-Day special Karnataka SSLC Exam 2021 are scheduled to be held 19th and 21st July 2021. Meanwhile, even as preparations continue for SSCL Exams, a fresh plea has been filed in Karnataka High Court seeking cancellation of Class 10 Exams fearing outbreak of the COVID-19.
Mock Drill to Check Arrangements, Preparedness
Speaking to reporters yesterday, Karnataka Education Minister S. Suresh Kumar said that the mock drill to be organized on 15th and 17th July will help ascertain that all the arrangements are in place at the designated exam centres. For the mock drill, each school has been asked to select a few students who would be allowed to visit the exam centre and attempt the mock exams. The mock drill would be closely monitored by the official from the board and any lapses, if found, would be fixed on priority to ensure that there are no problems or challenges on the exam-day.
Telephonic Counselling for Students
With exams being held under strict COVID-19 guidelines, many students have expressed their reservations about appearing for the Karnataka SSLC Exams 2021, fearing their health and well-being. However, to help such students overcome exam anxiety and to assist them to be mentally prepared, the state government has also launched a ‘phone in program’ which would provide counselling. The telephonic counselling helpline would be available from 9th to 14th July 2021 during which students can call-in and clarify their doubts.
