1. Educational Qualification-

• Driver: Candidates must have passed Matriculation, possess a valid driving licence for light and heavy vehicles and have at least three years of driving experience. 

• Clerk (Legal): Candidates must have a degree in law subject

• Clerk (Accounts): Candidates must have a  graduation degree with Statistics, Mathematics or Accounts as at least one subject.

• Translator: Graduation along with the 120 hour computer or IT course or equivalent qualification is required.

2. Age Limit (As on January 1, 2026.)

• The minimum age to apply is 18 years.

• The maximum age limit to apply is 37 years as on January 1, 2026. 

• Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable to reserved categories and other specified groups as per Punjab Government rules.
