Participants were queried about their willingness to recommend their company to friends or family and were asked to evaluate their employer based on criteria such as work-life balance, career advancement opportunities, and employee diversity. Responses, including industry and country-specific ratings, were amalgamated into a comprehensive score, resulting in the inclusion of the top 700 companies across 43 countries in the final list.
