- The selection process for the IOB SO recruitment process carries an almost 80:20 weightage split, with 80% for the online exam and 20% for the personal interview.
- While English and the General Awareness do not have strict independent cutoffs, the Professional Knowledge (PK) section requires important minimum qualifying marks.
- Candidates must score a minimum of 50% for the unreserved category or 45% for the reserved category in the personal interview round to make it to the final merit list.
