NEET Dress Code 2024: The National Testing Agency ( NTA) has issued the NEET Dress Code 2024 for male and female candidates on the official website. They have to come to the exam centre as per the code mandated by NTA to be able to sit in the examination. The rules and regulations have been laid down to ensure fairness in the conduct of the examination.
As per the dress code, male candidates have to wear light-coloured half-sleeved shirts or t-shirts with pants for the exam. Similarly, female candidates will have to wear light-coloured half-sleeve shirts and trousers. However, candidates belonging to Sikh or Islam religion will be allowed to wear the customary clothing prescribed by their religion after proper frisking. The NEET 2024 exam will be held on May 5, 2024.
NEET UG 2024 Dress Code For Candidates

NEET Dress Code 2024 for Particular Reiligions
Candidates belonging to the Sikh or Islamic religion will be allowed to wear the customary clothing on grounds of certain conditions. They can check the points below to learn more about the dress code.
- Candidates will be asked whether they wish to wear their customary dress with image options during application.
- Such candidates have to reach exam centre at 12:30 pm on exam day for proper frisking.
- Sikh candidates can wear a turban and carry kangha, kara, kripan during exam.

- Applicable candidates must carry their PWD certificate to the exam hall.
- They must reach exam hall by reporting time.
- They must not possess any barred items or their candidature will be cancelled.
- They should not carry any belongings to the exam hall.
- Edibles or water bottles are not allowed. However, candidates with a medical condition will be considered for the same.
- Candidates must leave exam hall only after completion of exam and not before that.
