National Testing Agency has officially said that rumors about a question paper leak for the UG 2026 exam are not true. Before the medical entrance test on May 3, 2026 the agency has given a strict warning to students and parents to be careful of people who try to cheat them. Trust information shared via official website or platforms only, neet.nta.nic.in and the NTAs social media accounts.

NEET 2026: Key Points of the NTA Advisory

  • These rumors are fake: People are saying on media platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp that question papers have been leaked, but this is not true. The goal is to scam students.
  • Be aware of scams: Some bad groups are asking students to pay around ₹10,000 for papers.
  • The NTA said that all exam materials have been safely delivered to their destinations using transport that is tracked by GPS. They are kept in secure rooms with locks and 24/7 CCTV monitoring.

NEET 2026: Plans for May 3, 2026 Exam

The NTA has made security plans for the 22.8 lakh students who are registered:

  • No leaks: They are closely watching the question papers from when they're printed to when they are given out at the exam.
  • You must verify who you are: Every student must do a check using their Aadhaar card at the exam center.
  • Security checks: There will be two layers of security checks, at all 5,400+ centers.
  • Backup plan: If the biometric check does not work because of problems students can still get in with a manual check and a written promise.

What Should Students Do?

  • Ignore news: Do not waste time or money on claims of leaked papers. This just distracts you from your studies.
  • Report cheating: If you see any messages or channels tell the NTA or the cybercrime people right away.
  • Follow the rules: Make sure to wear what is allowed for the 2026 exam and get to the exam on time. You can enter starting at 11:00 AM.

Biometric Verification and Exam day Arrangements

Mandatory biometric verification is required for all candidates entering the examination halls. Candidates experiencing technical or physical difficulties with authentication, however, will be permitted to take the exam after submitting a written undertaking.

The National Testing Agency, NTA has established multiple examination centres, including one in Gurugram, and has put arrangements in place to ensure smooth proceedings. Students have been advised by the NTA to concentrate on their preparation and disregard unnecessary anxiety caused by unverified information.
