Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and his team worked very hard to make the Constitution for India. It helps us know our rights and duties as citizens of the country. Republic Day is also a day to remember all the freedom fighters who fought to make India free and strong.

In schools and offices, people celebrate this day by hoisting the national flag, singing patriotic songs, and watching parades. The big parade at Rajpath in Delhi shows the strength and culture of India.
