Digvijaya Singh is an Indian politician from Congress party. He is the former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. Digvijaya Singh was born on 28th February, 1947 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Her wife was Asha Digvijaya Singh. They have a son and 4 daughters. On 28th February, 2013 his wife lost her life to cancer.
Digvijay Singh completed his schooling from Daly College, Indore. He did graduation in Mechanical Engineering at Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology & Science, Indore.

- Digvijay Singh brought in practice the notion of decentralization of power to fortify poor people of villages. This movement set up 52,000 gram sabhas.
- More than 26,000 primary schools were been set up in Madhya Pradesh.
- The percentage of malnourished children was decelerated to 2.92% in 2002 - 03, from 16% in 1988 - 1989.
