Delhi

• Middle-Class Outreach: The budget accords support to the middle class in Delhi, at an election time before assembly elections are held there, giving some comfort that they have not received an adequate share of benefits as compared to their tax contributions.

Bihar

• National Institute for Food Technology: A new institute will be set up as part of the 'Purvodaya' initiative to boost food processing and entrepreneurship in Bihar.
• Increase in Kisan Credit Card Limit: The loan limit for subsidized Kisan Credit Cards has been enhanced from ₹5 lakh to ₹7 lakh to facilitate the farmers in the state.

Maharashtra
