Meghalaya Airtel Foundation MoU: The Meghalaya government has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bharti Airtel Foundation to strengthen teacher training, promote digital learning and build a future-ready education workforce. The partnership aims to enhance the professional skills of teachers and education personnel through continuous training, modern teaching methodologies and technology-enabled learning.
The agreement was signed by the state Education Department and the Directorate of Educational Research and Training (DERT) on Thursday to strengthen the Meghalaya Teachers Training Academy (MTTA). Education Minister Lahkmen Rymbui attended the MoU signing ceremony.
