KVPY 2022 Exam Not Postponed: With rapid rise in COVID-19 cases throughout the country, concerns have been raised about KVPY 2022 Postponement. In fact, recently several posts with speculations about ‘KVPY 2022 Postponed’ were found to be circulating on several social media platforms including Twitter and Whatsaap. However, to clear the air about whether the KVPY 2022 exam has been postponed or not, the exam authority has issued an important clarification on its website. The official notification says that KVPY 2022 exam has not been postponed and will infact be held as per its earlier scheduled date i.e. 9th January 2022.

KVPY 2022 Exam as per COVID-19 Guidelines

With several states announcing closure of schools and colleges owing to the Omicron surge in COVID-19 cases, several aspirants who were to appear for KVPY 2022 exam have raised concerns about their safety. In response to this, the exam authority has assured that the exam would be held in adherence to the COVID-19 guidelines and all precautionary measures will be taken into account for the same. Exam aspirants who are due to appear for the exam, have been advised to follow COVID-19 appropriate behaviour at the exam centre and ensure that they maintain social distancing while at the exam centre.

Travel Guidelines for KVPY 2022 Exam Day

Another important announcement for candidates who are due to appear for the KVPY 2022 exam is related to travel guidelines to be followed to reach the exam centre. KVPY 2022 being a national-level exam, all registered candidates have been advised to read the travel advisory and follow the norms in respective states to appear for the aptitude test. Furthermore, to avoid being stopped because of curfews and movement restrictions, the exam authority has asked candidates to carry their KVPY Admit Card 2022 along with a government issued ID card, which can be used as curfew pass for the exam.
