Planning an MBA? Fees decide a lot. FMS Delhi charges just INR 2.43 lakh, while XLRI goes up to INR 30 lakh. This year, an average IIM asks for about INR 25 lakh, a private college nearly the same, and a government college around INR 9 lakh. MBA being one of the popular post graduation courses, makes it highly competitive and difficult to acquire the top institutes. You can get enrolled in the best institutes after qualifying for CAT with the required percentile, followed by personal interviews. Top IIMs like IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore require percentiles up to 99.9 for general category students, and even top private colleges like XLRI Jamshedpur, MDI Gurugram require percentiles at least above 97 to receive a call from respective institutes.
