- Expertise on work on accounting software computer.
Age Limit for Accountant
To become a Accountant a candidate’s age must fall into the range of 18 years to 27 years. However, the upper age limit could be 40 years or more in case if the appoint is to be done on contract basis. The reserved category (SC / ST / OBC / PWD/ ExSM) candidates get relaxation in upper age limit according to the rules laid down by the Government.

Salary for the post of Accountant is given as per the Pay Matrix Level - 6 Rs. 25,500 – 81,100/- of the Seventh Pay Commission wherever it has been implemented. Apart from this, various allowances (DA, HRA, etc.) are also given. The monthly salary could be Rs.25000/- per month if the appointment is done on contract basis.
