Since the application forms are only being submitted in online mode, interested candidates can use the simple steps given below to apply online for this recruitment process:-
- Go to the official website of the Indian Coast Guard at cgept.parikshasaarthi.in
- If the candidate is applying for the first time, they will have to create a new account, and existing aspirants can use their registered email ID and password to fill out the application form.
- Register or log in to the One-Time Registration (OTR) profile using the registered email and mobile number.
- Select the ICG CGPET recruitment 01/2027 and O2/2027 under the active examination tab.
- Fill in the post preferences, subject-wise marks, and physical parameters correctly.

What is the Selection Process for the ICG CGPET Recruitment 2026?
The selection process for the Indian Coast Guard CGPET 2026 recruitment will be conducted in four stages. Candidates will have to qualify both stages to make it to the merit selection. Given below are the stages of the ICG CGPET recruitment process 2026:-
- Stage -1:- It will be a computer-based test. It will be an objective test which will evaluate the Mathematics, Science, English, Reasoning, and General Knowledge of the candidates. There will be no negative marking in Stage- 1.
- Stage- 2:- This stage comprises the Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Physical Standard Test (PST), followed by Document Verification and Medical Testing.
- Stage-3:- After the final document verification has been conducted and the pre-enrolment medical examination at INS Chilka, candidates will be inducted for training.
- Stage-4:- Candidates will have to undergo original document verification of educational and identity credentials directly with the issuing authority.
