NEET PG Counselling 2026: The Medical Counselling Committee has issued the complete schedule for NEET PG counselling. The registration for the first round of NEET PG Counselling 2026 will begin on October 12, 2026. Students who have cleared the entrance exam as per the cutoff and percentile given must register for each NEET PG counselling round through the link given.
Until last year, 2025, all the steps of counselling like reporting, upgradation and resignation required all the candidates to physically report at the allotted institute and complete the admission/ upgradation/ resignation formalities on the portal provided to institutes by MCC. Candidates willing to upgrade from Round 1 to Round 2 or Round 2 to Round 3 had to report at the allotted institute/college with original documents and complete the admission formalities. From this year onwards, MCC has introduced certain changes to the online counselling process for admissions to PG Medical courses.
NEET PG round 1 seat matrix has been released online. As per the schedule released, the verification of the Tentative Seat Matrix by the participating Institute will be conducted from October 10 to 12, 2026.
