WBPSC Clerkship 2026 Educational Qualification
Applying candidates should have the requisite educational qualification to apply for these posts. You can check the detailed eligibility given below-
- Passed in Madhyamik examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
- Acquisition of elementary knowledge in Computer operation with ability to type on a computer at the speed of 20 (twenty) words per minute in English or 10 (ten) words per minute in Bengali.
What Is The Selection Process For WBPSC Clerkship 2026?
Selection for Clerkship posts will be done based on the performance of candidates in different stages of the exam, including prelims and mains rounds. The prelims exam will be of Objective type, whereas the mains will be of conventional type. Those who qualify in the prelims round will be called for the Part-II examination. An elementary knowledge of computer operation and typing ability or skill test will be held for those who will qualify in Part-I and Part-II exams. The Commission will conduct the prelims exam tentatively in the month of December, 2026.
