CEE Kerala BPharm Phase 2 Stray Vacancy Allotment 2026 Released: How To Download Allotment Memo, Next Steps
CEE Kerala has released the Second Phase Stray Vacancy Filling Allotment for B.Pharm admissions 2026-27. Candidates allotted seats must download the allotment memo, pay the applicable fee online by October 7 and report to the allotted college by 4 PM on the same day.
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has announced the Second Phase Stray Vacancy Filling Allotment for B.Pharm courses for the 2026-27 admission session. Candidates who participated in the counselling process can check their allotment details and download the allotment memo through the official CEE Kerala website at cee.kerala.gov.in.
Candidates who have been allotted a seat in this phase are required to complete the admission process within the prescribed deadline. According to the official notification, students must join their allotted colleges between October 5 and October 7, 2026, up to 4 PM.
How to download CEE Kerala BPharm allotment memo
Candidates can follow these steps to access and download their allotment memo:
1. Visit the official CEE Kerala website at cee.kerala.gov.in.
2. Open the candidate login section available on the homepage.
3. Enter the application number and password.
4. Log in to the candidate portal.
5. Check the allotment details displayed on the homepage.
6. Click on the option to download or print the Allotment Memo.
7. Take a printout of the memo and preserve it for future reference.
The allotment details available to candidates include their name, roll number, allotted college, category of allotment and applicable fee details.
Candidates should note that the allotment memo issued in this phase will not be available later. Therefore, students who receive an allotment are advised to keep a copy of the document safely.
What is the next step after allotment?
Candidates who have received an allotment must complete the fee payment and college admission process within the specified timelines.
If a fee is payable to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, candidates must remit it through online payment by October 7, 2026, before 3 PM, as specified in the allotment memo.
After completing the required payment, candidates must report to and join the allotted college by 4 PM on October 7, 2026. Students will also have to pay the applicable balance fee to the college as mentioned in the allotment memo.
Documents required for admission
Candidates must bring the printed allotment memo and Data Sheet, along with the applicable documents specified under Clause 11.7.1 of the prospectus, before the college authorities at the time of admission.
The Data Sheet can be downloaded from the candidate’s homepage by selecting the ‘Data Sheet’ option.
What happens if candidates do not join?
Candidates allotted seats in the Second Phase Stray Vacancy Filling process should complete admission within the deadline. The CEE Kerala notification states that candidates who fail to take admission will lose the allotment as well as their existing allotment, if any.
Therefore, candidates should carefully check the allotment memo for their fee requirements, admission instructions and reporting details and ensure that all formalities are completed before the respective deadlines.
