JEE Main Admit Card 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 city intimation slip on its official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. This slip can help the candidates know about their exam centres. Admit cards allow the students to understand the exam day instructions, timing, and complete address of the exam centre reporting time. 

The JEE Main 2025 exam for session 1 will occur from January 22 to January 31, 2025.

How to Download JEE Main 2025 Admit Card?

Applicants can download the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 admit card online through the official websites of NTA JEE Main. Below are the steps to follow:

  1. Visit the official website: Go to jeemain.nta.nic.in.
  2. Find the admit card link: Look for the “Download JEE Main 2025 Admit Card” link on the homepage and click on it.
  3. Enter your details: Give your JEE Main application number and date of birth.
  4. View your admit card: Your admit card will appear on the screen.
  5. Check the details: Make sure all the information on the admit card is correct.
  6. Download and print: Save the admit card on your device and take a clear printout to bring to the exam centre.

Make sure the printout is neat and legible, as it is mandatory to carry it to the exam.

Do's on Exam Day And Important Documents To Carry

1. Arrive Early: Reach the examination centre at least 2 hours before the exam starts.

2. Take Your Assigned Seat: Once the exam hall opens, go to your assigned seat right away.

3. Listen to the Instructions Carefully: Listen carefully to the instructions given by the exam authorities.

4. Show Your Admit Card: Be ready to show your admit card when asked by the authorities.

5. Carry a Printed Admit Card: Bring a printed copy of your JEE Main admit card to the exam centre.

6. Ask for Help if Needed: If you face any issues, like technical problems or need first aid, contact the invigilator or Centre Superintendent in your room.

7. Carry all your stationery items: Students need to carry stationery items like a ballpoint pen and other things as well for the exam. 

8. ID Proof: Any one of the authorised photo IDs is approved by NTA to appear for the JEE Main exam. The ID proof must be original, valid, and non-expired.

Dont’s On Exam Day

1. Avoid Chaos: Do not create any disturbance at the examination centre.

2. Do not sit in the other’s seat: Only sit in the seat assigned to you by the exam authorities.

3. Do Not Bring Restricted Items: Leave the following items at home, as they are not allowed in the exam hall:

  • Instruments, geometry box, pencil box, handbag, purse.
  • Papers, stationery, or any printed/written materials.
  • Food, drinks (packed or loose), or water bottles.
  • Mobile phones, earphones, microphones, pagers, calculators, or smartwatches.
  • Cameras, tape recorders, or any electronic gadgets/devices.
  • Any metallic items.

4. Avoid Unfair Practices: You must not:

  • Help or receive help from other candidates during the exam.
  • Break any exam rules or instructions given by NTA.
  • Pretend to be someone else to write the exam or bring materials for cheating.
  • Talk or contact anyone not appearing for the exam.
  • Threaten officials or other candidates.
  • Use dishonest methods during the exam.
  • Alter or fake official documents like admit cards, rank letters, or self-declarations.

Consequences of Cheating or Breaking Rules:

  • If you are caught with prohibited items or found breaking rules, it will be treated as an Unfair Means Case (UFM).
  • You could face serious consequences, such as:
  • Being banned from taking exams for three years.
  • Your exam results are being cancelled and not released.
  • Facing legal action for breaking the rules.

JEE Main Exam 2025 Dress Code For Male Candidates 

  • Avoid any kind of clothing with metal parts like buckles or decorations.
  • Do not wear caps, mufflers, or anything on your head.
  • Avoid wearing jewellery like rings, chains, or bracelets.
  • Pick light and comfortable clothes suitable for the weather.
  • Don’t wear shoes with thick soles; simple footwear is best.

JEE Main Exam 2025 Dress Code For Female Candidates 

  • Avoid stoles, dupattas, scarves, and clothes with metal items.
  • Choose plain and comfy clothes based on the season.
  • Do not wear jewellery or ornaments like rings, earrings, or bracelets.
  • Stay away from heavy accessories like goggles or bracelets.
