KVS has announced the names of shortlisted candidates for the interview round of PGT, TGT and PRT 2018-19 Exam for total 1079 Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Vacancies, 3908 Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Vacancies and 3000Primary Teacher (PRT) Vacancies.. While appearing for the KVS KVS PGT/TGT/PRT 2018-19 Interview, shortlisted candidates must remember to keep a file/folder to keep your certificates and documents in an organized manner. Keep both the original documents and photocopies of the original documents on the day of Interview with you. They are verified before you enter the interview room.
The shortlisted candidates for interview round need to follow the below format of Bio-Data, NOC/Service/Vigilance Certificate (for Government Servant only) and OBC certificate (for reservation candidates) as per the guidelines shared by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS). So, let’s have a look at the format of Bio-Data, NOC/Service/Vigilance Certificate and OBC certificate in detail.
BIO-DATA FORMAT (For all the shortlisted Candidates)
Fill in the name of the Post for which you have given the KVS 2018-19 Teacher Recruitment Exam. For example, TGT (Hindi) or PGT (Computer Science) or PRT.
2. ROLL NO.
Candidates need to fill the 8 Digit Roll No. allotted to them before appearing in the KVS PGT/TGT/PRT 2018-19 Exam. Also, do not get confused between the Roll No. and Application No. Carefully fill your Roll No. in the Bio Data.
Write the Category which you have filled during online application process of KVS PGT/TGT/PRT 2018-19 Exam. For Example, General, OBC, SC/ST, etc.
Write the exact name which you have filled during application process. Also it should match with your class X certificates/ mark sheets.
5. ADDRESS FOR CORRESPONDENCE
Carefully fill this section as all the correspondence after your selection will be sent to this address only.
6. DATE OF BIRTH
Write the Date of Birth name which you have filled during application process. Also it should match with your class X certificates/ mark sheets.
7. FATHER’S/ HUSBAND’S NAME
Write the Father’s/ Husband’s name which you have filled during application process.
8. MOBILE NO. AND EMAIL ID
Candidates are advised to fill their correct and active E-mail Addresses and Mobile Number. All the shortlisted candidates will be informed by e-mail or through SMS at the final selection stage.
9. ACADEMIC/ PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (Beginning from +2 level)
Candidates need to fill their Academic Qualifications and Professional Qualifications (if any) in tabular format as given below:
Start with your 12th Standard details, then graduation details and then post graduation details. Candidates are advised to fill the accurate information in this section as Educational Qualification documents are verified before you enter the interview room.
10. Experience alongwith Pay Matrix Level/ Pay Band with Grade Pay
Only candidates who are working as a Government Employee need to fill this section and later have to provide NOC/Service/Vigilance Certificate also.
11. A SHORT NOTE (Your suitability to the post)
Write a brief note here about why you are the most eligible candidate for the post you have applied for. You can write about your goals and objectives involving the roles and responsibilities you would be able to perform for the society while being a government teacher.
12. Any Special Achievements
Write your special achievements here other than academic qualifications like if you have worked with an NGO or any achievements in sports, etc.
12. DATE AND SIGNATURE OF THE CANDIDATE
Add the date and your signature at the end of the Bio Data.
NOC/SERVICE/VIGILANCE CERTIFICATE FORMAT (for Government Servant only)
Candidates who are already working as a Government Employee need to fill this certificate and get approved by their Head Office Official. Candidates need to accurately write their employment details along with their salary details in below format:
OBC CERTIFICATE FORMAT (For Reservation Candidates)
Candidates who have Chosen their Category as Other Backward Class (OBC) need to provide this certificate before appearing for the interview round in the below format:
So, the shortlisted candidates must start preparing for the Interview Round now. Interview round will be of 60 Marks. The final merit list will be based on the performance of the candidates in Written Test and Interview. The weightage of Written Test and Interview will be 85:15.
