- For All Engineering Departments: 04 years B.Sc. (Engineering)/B.E./B.Tech. in relevant branch of Engineering with PhD. in appropriate area. OR Integrated Post Graduate with M.E./M Tech with PhD in appropriate branch.
- For Department of Mathematics: PhD. with B.Sc. (03 years/04 years) and M.Sc. OR Integrated M.Sc with PhD in appropriate branch.
- For Department of Humanities & management: HUMANITIES– PhD. with B.Sc./B.A./BBA/B.Com and Post Graduate with M.A./MBA or equivalent PGDM (02 years). MANAGEMENT– Doctorate with PhD. with B.Sc./B.A./BBA/B.Com and MBA or equivalent PGDM (02 years).
