What is Tamil Nadu State Quota?

Tamil Nadu NEET UG results are made available for candidates. While the admission is under process, candidates may get confused about the seat types offered for MBBS seats. NEET UG admission is done on two seat types All India and State Quota. One allows seat admission for candidates all across the country with 15% reservation, and the other reserved 85% seats for permanent residents of the state. It is meant solely for native and eligible candidates and are controlled by the selection committee set by the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER).

What is Next for NEET candidates? 

The Round 2 cutoff release follows a step ahead towards MBBS admission, after the results, the candidates are supposed to: 

  • Download of Allotment Order: Those who have successfully received a seat at Stanley Medical College have to download their provisional allotment order from the state counselling website immediately.
