JEE Main 2026: Question Paper Structure
The B.E./B.Tech (Paper 1) exam follows a usual pattern consisting of three equal segments: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The exam paper follows the two sections as follows:

Section A: Includes 20 mandatory MCQs. Candidates have to select a single correct choice.

Section B: Contains 10 value-based numerical questions with the instructions to attempt only 5 out of them.
