ISRO Scientist Engineer ‘SC’ Application Fees
There is a non-refundable Application Fee of ₹250/- ( Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for all the posts. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay ₹750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) per application as processing fee. The processing fee will be refunded only to those candidates who appear in the written test as under:
Candidates who attend the written test will be reimbursed an amount as under:
a) ₹ 750/-: i.e. refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (women, SC/ST/ PwBD and Ex-Servicemen).
b) ₹ 500/-:i.e. after deducting the Application Fee in respect of all other candidates.

Selection Process for the ISRO Scientist Engineer ‘SC’ Post
The candidates who are applying for the post of Scientist Engineer post will have to go through a Written Test followed by an Interview. The Written Test consists of Part A and Part B which are MCQ-based types. Part A is the Area/Discipline Specific part which comprises 80 questions and Part B is the Aptitude/Ability Test which consists of 15 questions. There is also a provision of negative marking (1/3rd negative marking for each incorrect answer).
