Why has the AP EAMCET 2026 Result been Postponed?
-
At present nearly 1.5 lakh second year students are taking the BIEAP advanced supplementary and improvement exams.
-
Out of them around 1 lakh students are reappearing for the Mathematics supplementary exam to improve their marks.
-
If the results are announced too early, it could lead to major changes in ranks later, because Class 12 marks carry 25% weightage in the final AP EAPCET rank calculation.
-
Once the improved marks are added the ranks may shift for many students. Because of this changing ranks in the middle of the process is not practical, as it would affect the entire group of nearly 3.5 lakh aspirants.
-
After the BIEAP supplementary results are declared, JNTU Kakinada will add the normalized scores and prepare the final AP EAPCET rank cards.
-
The updated rank cards are expected to be released within 24 to 48 hours after the supplementary marks are announced, so the final result may come closer to June 21, 2026.
