The Atal Medical and Research University (AMRU), Himachal Pradesh, is likely to release the NEET UG Round 2 merit list 2026 today, September 8. The merit list was originally scheduled to be published on September 7 but was postponed after the university extended the counselling registration deadline.
As per an official notice issued on September 7, the registration window for MBBS/BDS admissions was extended until 11:55 pm on the same day. Following the extension, the Round 2 merit list is now expected to be released today. Once announced, candidates will be able to check and download the merit list through the official website, amruhp.ac.in.
How To Download HP NEET Round 2 Merit List?
- Visit the official website, amruhp.ac.in.
- Go to the “Notification” section on the homepage.
- Click on the “Schedule for online counselling” link.
- Select the link for the NEET UG Round 2 merit list for MBBS/BDS admission.
- The merit list will appear on the screen.
- Download the list and save a copy for future reference.

What After HP NEET UG Round 2 Merit List?
The vacancy position for Round 2 is also expected to be displayed on September 8. Candidates should carefully check the available seats before submitting their choices. Based on the choices entered by candidates, NEET UG rank, eligibility and seat availability, the university will prepare the provisional seat allocation list.
Candidates allotted a seat in the second round will then have to follow the admission and joining instructions issued by the university. The college joining process is scheduled to begin from September 16 and continue till September 17, 2026.
