CET Karnataka is divided into three sections/papers. The papers consist of math’s, physics, and chemistry. The maximum score for each paper is 60 and the best part about these examinations is that there is no negative marking. Negative marking lessens the scope for students to gain more marks. The exam will be of 80 minutes and each paper consists of 60 questions. Each correct question enables the student to attain 1 mark.  As far as the eligibility criteria of KCET is concerned, it is important for the student to pass class 12th examinations, as recognized by the state or central board education.
