Odisha Diploma Entrance Test or generally known as DET Odisha 2014 is a common entrance exam for all the professional diploma courses offered in the state of Odisha. Odisha DET 2014 invites application of students willing to get admission in first semester/ final year diploma in engineering/ technology/ architecture/ non- engineering/ film and TV courses. - 4. Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Minimum 16 years as on 01.07.2014.
- First Semester Engineering: Applicants must have qualified HSC examinations/10th standard examination by BSE Odisha with an aggregate of 35% marks. Also, securing 30% marks in each subject i.e. Maths, Science and English is also mandatory.
- 3rd Semester Lateral Entry: Applicants must have passed Senior Secondary examination from CHSE, Odisha or any other equivalent examination with PCM plus 2 Vocational in any engineering trades (2 years course). Also, the applicant must have qualified in 10th standard examination/ HSC examination conducted by BSE, Odisha with an aggregate of 30% marks in every subject.
