RPMT is popularly known as Rajasthan Pre-medical test. This medical entrance test has been organized by the Rajasthan university of Health sciences. All these entrance examinations comprise of certain eligibility criteria. The minimum educational qualification for the aspirants appearing for MBBS is that candidates must have passed class 12th examination with subjects of Chemistry, physics, biotechnology/biology, with English as a compulsory language. Similar is the criteria with BDS. Candidates need to score a minimum of 50 per cent marks in Chemistry, English, physics, Bio-technology, or biology. For the reserved category minimum of 40 per cent marks are indispensable. Also the candidates must be at least 17 years of age to be eligible to sit in the examination.

Another significant step is that of application form is concerned; the application form consists of two parts that can be filled online only. It is important for the candidates to complete the online process in one go. The candidates who send hand written or typed photocopies or print out copies will not be accepted. It is extremely significant for the candidates to read the instructions carefully on the website. In case the candidate faces any difficulty or problem while filling up the form, he/she can drop a mail at the concerned email address. Also the candidates need to generate the bank challan to remit the application form fee at the concerned bank branch. Thus, the candidates should keep the bank transaction ID, their user ID, and password for the future use. All these information should be kept safe and secure for future enquiry.

Another significant factor is that of counseling procedure. Counseling procedure is extremely easy to follow. When the results are declared, examinations are conducted; another step is of counseling procedure. Candidates need to be present in person when the counseling procedure is conducted. Along with them there should be presence of one guardian also. The candidate should carry all the required documents needed at the time of admission. Admission is given to the candidates on the basis of rank and scores and similar is the case with their respective streams and subjects.

Moreover, the next factor is of the study material. Students need to choose very wisely their study material. There are various books by different authors; therefore students need to choose very astutely their reference books.  Adding on, students also need to appear for mock test series. These mock tests builds confidence among the candidates.
