The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) declared its Class 12 (XII) results for the year 2012 on 28 May at 4 pm. In 2012, a total of 159262 regular candidates and 19633 part time candidates appeared for the examination. A total of 105614 candidates were declared successful with a pass percentage of 64.35% for regular candidates and 25.61% for part time candidates.
In 2012, Girls outshined boys with a pass percentage of 64.95% as compared to boys whose pass percentage was 63.84% for regular candidates. Candidates who are waiting for their result with a bated breath should keep their calm and patience.
The MP Board Class 12th examination 2013 was conducted in the following 50 districts Alirajpur, Anuppur, Ashoknagar, Balaghat, Barwani, Betul, Bhind, Bhopal, Burhanpur, Chhatarpur, Chhindwara, Damoh, Datia, Dewas, Dhar, Dindori, Guna, Gwalior, Harda, Hoshangabad, Indore, Jabalpur, Jhabua, Katni, Khandwa, Khargone, Mandla, Mandsaur, Morena, Narsinghpur, Neemuch, Panna, Raisen, Rajgarh, Ratlam, Rewa, Sagar, Satna, Sehore, Seoni, Singroli, Shahdol, Shajapur, Sheopur, Shivpuri, Sidhi, Tikamgarh, Ujjain, Umaria and Vidisha by the MPBSE.
The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education controls and manages the system of Intermediate education in Madhya Pradesh. The MPBSE was established in 1965 under the Madhya Pradesh Secondary Education Act, 1965 as an autonomous organization. In addition, the board also looks into the recognition of new schools, inspection of the schools that are recognised by the board and also evaluates their performance.
