The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has extended the deadline for candidates participating in the Round 7 counselling process 2026. According to the latest update on the official JEECUP website, the last date for online deposition of the Security and Counselling Fee has been extended to September 10, 2026, up to 11:59 PM. The deadline for document verification has also been extended to September 11, 2026, up to 6:00 PM.
The extension provides additional time to candidates who have been allotted seats in the seventh round of JEECUP counselling but have not yet completed the mandatory admission formalities. Candidates should complete the fee payment and document verification within the revised deadlines to avoid losing their allotted seats.
The JEECUP 2026 Round 7 seat allotment result was released on September 3, 2026, after the choice-filling process conducted from August 31 to September 2.

The official JEECUP website confirms that Round 7 counselling is being conducted for the 2026 session.
What Should Candidates Do After Fee Payment?
After depositing the required Security and Counselling Fee, candidates must complete document verification as instructed by the counselling authority. Candidates should keep their allotment letter, JEECUP rank card, qualifying examination documents, identity proof and other required certificates ready.
Document verification is an important stage of the admission process. Candidates who fail to complete the required formalities within the prescribed deadline may risk cancellation of their allotted seat.
Candidates should also save a copy of the fee payment receipt and other confirmation documents for future reference. It is advisable to complete the process well before the deadline rather than waiting until the final hours.
