CBSE Term 1 Results 2021-22: How CBSE Class 10th and 12th Results will be Calculated

CBSE Term 1 Results 2021-22: As per updates, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the result of class 10th and 12th for term 1 by next week. Students can check their CBSE term 1 result at cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in. Apart from this, the CBSE Term 1 mark sheet will also be available on the DigiLocker app and the website - digilocker.gov.in. 

As of now, there has been no official announcement regarding the CBSE term 1 result date. This time, the exam will be held in two semesters, the students must know how to calculate CBSE 10th and 12th marks and other details. Check here updates on CBSE Term 1 result, marks calculator etc.

How CBSE Class 10th and 12th Results will be Calculated? 

To calculate the CBSE 10th and 12th result for term 1, students must know the marking scheme. From this academic year, CBSE has divided the board exam into two terms. The term 1 board exams were conducted in the months of November-December in MCQ form. As per reports, the board will conduct the term 2 exams from 26th April. 

The CBSE term 1 had Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Each question carries one mark and there was no negative marking in the CBSE term 1 exam. According to this, students can calculate their scores. However, the authorities have not specified how they will calculate CBSE results for term 1. 

No Marksheet for CBSE Term 1 Exam To Be Issued 

CBSE classes 10 and 12 results of 2022 will be declared only after the Term 2 exams. Students will not receive any mark sheets or passing certificates after the term 1 exam. As per media reports, students will be given the final mark sheet and passing certificate for the CBSE board exam 2022 only after completion of the term 2 exams in March/April 2022.

Apart from this, the date sheet for classes 10,12 term 2 exams have not been released yet. CBSE is expected to hold term 2 examinations in the month of April. Term 2 will be conducted in a subjective and case-based format.

To check the CBSE class 10th 12th term 1 result, students have to use their login credentials. Those who appeared in the term 1 exam can check CBSE results 2022 for class 10 and 12th by following the steps given below -

  • Step 1st: Go to the official website of CBSE - cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in.
  • Step 2nd: On the new page, click on the Result tab.
