NEET 2022 Exam Date Update: Latest update has hinted that the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET 2022 examination date might fall in late June. According to sources close to NTA – the National Testing Agency, the NEET UG 2022 Exam is likely to be held in the 3rd or 4th Week of June 2022. While there has been no official confirmation about the NEET 2022 Exam Date, reports coming from sources have hinted that the exam will be held in June, similar to last year. The news has been a matter of great cheer among the students, who have been eagerly waiting for the announcement of the NEET 2022 Exam Date Update from the NTA.
Medical Advisory Council o NEET 2022 Dates
As per media reports, the topic of NEET 2022 Exam Dates was discussed in brief at the Medical Advisory Council (MAC) Meeting. The meeting which was also attended by Officials from NTA officials and Education Ministry saw a discussion on the appropriate time for holding the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test UG Medical Exam. At the meeting, MAC had informed NTA to decide NEET 2022 Exam dates as per “its convenience”. At the meeting, MAC members also requested NTA “to pick a date from the third or fourth week of June” for conducting the medical entrance exam.

NEET 2022 Likely on 23rd / 26th June, No Change in Exam Pattern
According to the officials who were present at the meeting, in all likelihood the NEET 2022 Exam Date would fall in the last week of June i.e., mostly around 23rd or 26th June 2022. Following the meeting, officials informed that no changes have been proposed to the Exam format and NEET Exam Pattern for session 2022. NEET UG 2022 which will be held to screen candidates for undergraduate medical, dental courses, will be held in pen and paper mode as a single-day exam for all aspirants. The exam would be held in multiple languages, as was done last year.
NTA to Announce NEET Date Soon
While rumours and speculative updates about NEET 2022 Exam continue, NTA which is the exam organizing agency has been completely tight-lipped about the examination so far. However, with the season of Board Exam 2022 starting soon, NTA is expected to announce NEET-UG 2022 Exam Date and JEE Main 2022 Exam Date Soon. As per media reports, NTA is expected to announce NEET and JEE Main 2022 Exam Dates by 10th March 2022. The NEET 2022 Exam Dates will be formally announced by NTA on its official website in the form of an official notification at nta.ac.in and neet.nta.nic.in.
