GATE Exam Date 2025 Out: Check Subject Wise Schedule, Time Table and Shift Timings
IIT Roorkee has announced the GATE exam 2025 date for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). The GATE 2025 exam will be held in two sessions, forenoon and afternoon on weekends between February 1 and 16. GATE Exam Date 2025
GATE Exam Date 2025 has been officially announced by IIT Roorkee on the official website which is gate2025.iitr.ac.in/- As per GATE 2025 notification, the exam shall be held in online mode on four days, i.e. 3, 4, 10, and 11 February 2025. This year, the GATE exam shall be held for a total of 30 papers in computer based mode. The exam will be two sessions each day: the forenoon session will run from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, and the afternoon session will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
GATE 2025 exam will have three types of questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions. In MCQs, only one of the four options is correct. In MSQs, one or more options out of four may be correct. For NAT questions, candidates must enter their answer using a virtual keypad. GATE 2025 Answer Key Date
As per GATE 2025 exam schedule, GATE 2025 answer key will be released on 21 February 2025. The provisional answer key will allow the candidates to raise an objection against the official answer key. Candidates will have to pay Rs. 500 for each question that they raise objections against. The authorities will scrutinize the objection raised and release the final GATE answer key. GATE 2025 Result Date
IIT Roorkee will release GATE 2025 result on 16 March 2025. The result will declare whether the candidate has qualified GATE 2025 exam or not. Candidates will be able to check their scores and ranks obtained by them in the exam. In addition to this, the candidates will also be able to access the GATE scorecard after the result has been declared.
